"1400 mile trip through beautiful Canada. 900 miles in the pouring rain. Showed up at the dealership at 5:30 and was closed. Someone came to the door and opened up to get two poker chips. We then were greeted by two employees that stood in the rain for 20 mins. Just to ask us how our trip was going. I don't think I have ever been so impressed the way we were treated. Thank you Eldridge's. Two thumbs up."

"Eldridge's honestly care about each individual who come through the doors. When I needed old Honda parts they had them. When I bought my Wide Glide they threw in some expensive extras at no cost. Parts are delivered quickly when ordered. They know their stuff. The service department, as busy as they are, work incredibly hard to keep up with the high demand. Thank you to all the staff who make me feel like part of the family."

"Mike, Scott, Tom, Keith, Austin and everyone were very helpful when it came to helping me purchase my first Harley-Davidson. I am now the proud owner of a used 2010 Dyna Super Glide and couldn't be happier. They hire the cream of the crop when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. I had a small issue when they were installing a backrest on my bike. The technician pointed it out to me right away that he had tripped and put a chip in the paint on my fender. He offered me a couple of options to rectify the problem, one was to replace the fender. I didn't think that a small chip in the paint warranted a new fender. I've been back multiple times for different things and every time I've been in, they've all been very helpful and friendly. I just like to go back to visit them every now and then."

"I had planned to stop in just to top up my oil but realised one of the bolts on my quick release tour pack had broken off. It was with great relief that your service department said that they could fit me in as soon as possible. What could have meant an extra day on the road which except for my schedule would not have been a bad thing , it was only a couple hours delay. "We had shipped our bikes to PEI HD with plans to ride them back to Alberta thru the USA. We made as far as your dealership when the wife starting having problems with her bars not staying tight. We came to your dealership & it was determined that the bars were the improper fit for that bike. You guys found another set of bars & had us on our way the next afternoon. We put on a total of 6660 kms without anymore issues. Thanks to all the staff for being so accomadating & helpfull. By the way I approached our local dealership in Red Deer, Gasoline Alley HD about the issues with the bars that they has initially installed & it was a waste of my time. It bascially came down to dealership bashing which wasn't very professional at all. I have had many issues with Gasoline Alley over the last 2 years & no longer deal with them. They said they would have tried a few things before changing bars, like shave down the clamp or a piece of tin can to make the bars work. I don't think that is a safe way to approach repairs with the safety of the rider being the main objective here. Thanks again for helping out & making our hoilday a safe & enjoyable one"
